"The creation of armor from leather"
Go to the Hunters Habitat in the Eldevin city. You can see it on the map below.
Buy some Smelly Glue from the vendor. Then use the Leather-workers mannequin.
Then use the mannequin and press Create button to make your leather armor. Of course make sure you have some Tattered Leather with yourself which you can obtain through skinning skill.
