You will need to buy Cheap Wax from the NPC and the use the Jewelers Bench.

To make basic amulets you will need Amethyst Stone and Copper Ingots (with your crystal cutting and prospecting skills) to be able to make a basic amulet. If you have all needed to make click on the Assemble and you will make your first piece of jewelry in Eldevin.
